Active Melanocytes and Krispy Kreme

Melanocytes are specialized cells that produce Melanin, the one that causes skin pigmentation. As for my case, I have very active Melanocytes because my skin darkens quickly when exposed to sunlight.

We had our finals last week and our vacation started last Saturday. Well, I went to Pangasinan and went back last Monday. Then we went for an out-of-town trip in Joan’s rest house in Pampanga. We had a blast staying there, we had our workout because of swimming, however, all the calories we lost was gained because of Tita Elvie’s generosity: LOTS of GREAT FOODs!

After, dinner we partied with Magic Sing. Then, we slept about half past 12 in the morning.
Then, I woke at 6:30 in the morning and had some pictures taken at Joan’s room. After that, we ate our breakfast (another great and delicious one) and took a bath. Finally, I stashed everything I own in my very big bag including my pillow. Well, before we leave Elmer has broken a touch lamp in Joan’s room and a piece of glass sliced a bit of my skin in my digits. It’s okay as long as that piece doesn’t get inside my finger.

Well, then we had our ride with Joan’s car and I took a nap for about an hour. When I woke up we are in Ortigas and are heading to The Fort and satyed at Krispy Kremes (the best doughnut ever!) as in we are so hyper after eating those. I mean we are so happy because of the perfect doughnuts. We even said that God made those donuts. We even made commercials and relate it with the movie 300: When Leonidas said, “Tonight we dine in Hell!” well we change it and it goes like, “Spartans, Tonight we dine at Krispy Kremes” and instead of Leonidas holding a spear and shield, he holds big donuts.

“On the eighth day of creation, God made Krispy Kremes.”

Swimming is the Best!

My morning started with the thing about my problem: Swimming. The school day started with Homeroom and Ma’am Naomi congratulated me about the contest. Then, we were talking about the other contestants when we got the thing about Pring, well she’s ma’am Nao’s friend I friendster and he has a girlfriend (youch!), well, it’s infatuation, and I don’t have to cry because I don’t even know anything about him except for the fact that he’s the smartest when it come to academics. Okay, enough about him, really I’m fine.

Okay, I helped myself with a pearl milk tea before homeroom and during lunch I drank a bottle of mineral water after eating salad-flavored Nova. Then, we changed our undies to swimsuits in preparation of for our swimming class.

Okay, at 1 pm we did our warm-up and dived into the pool and started practicing break stroke, backstroke and freestyle. Okay, breaststroke is easy, but I lost my endurance during the practical, so I got some deductions (it’s okay). Then, before our final test (it’s 60% of our grade), Ms. Magtibay made a deal, she’ll give us a really good grade if we finished the two laps with freestyle and backstroke. When I started freestyle I believed that I can manage to finish the first lap, and then it is, I made it. Then, the last lap arrived and time to use backstroke, I don’t care if I drank too much water, I need to finish the last one. Then ma’am whistled, and then again, I made. I got the grade!

Now, I’m really inspired to do very well in my finals next week, especially Anatomy. Oh, I love swimming.

Thank you God and St. Judiel for guiding me and I really appreciate it.

Well, I’m thinking of pampering myself so that I’m relaxed while studying for our finals.

I need to study, so bye for now.

Nice time

Tomorrow is our finals in our freaking subject in P.E I don’t know but I am not confident enough in swimming because I really don’t like it. Why on earth do I have to suffer like this? I wish I can do all those three strokes just fine. God help me!

Goodnight!

Life is boring

Okay, Dr. Luber knew that I was the Sage in the school, I talked about it and this cute guy named Ian and I just accidentally said he’s cut and asked if he’s really good in Anatomy, well he said yes. Of course, he’s good in anatomy, he’s on top. Duh! Well, then Dr. Luber called him and introduced me and I was so embarrassed and put Alvin to picture, he tased me! I don’t want to be teased, it makes me out of control and concentration. Hello? We have a freaking quiz in Anatomy Laboratory about Integumentary System. Damn! I can’t concentrate. Then he came in twice!

After that scene, I got a good score, but it’s good enough for me. Then I saw him went inside the library as I waved my hair trying to look at the door. Okay, he does not seem to be a very studious type of guy, right?

Then, good things happened like philosophy, one subject that I really love! Kierkegaard, you’re my man: life is boring! we had our long test and it is easy if you read about them and listened to the professor’s lecture. It’s really nice to know sir Lapuz, he’s really nice and he simplifies the lessons. I love him, he’s cool.

Then we had our Theology and had a test on Kokology because we’re not doin anything at all.

Life is boring.

Aesthetic or Ethical lifestyle? I’ll go with Ethical because of the options “one and only” and commitment.

Life is boring and I’ll cook carbonara for my professors plus Alvin because of a certain favor.

Annoyed Sage

Okay, we had our Chemistry lecture Long Test and it was so damn hard! I can’t believe that it could be that hard, I mean everything is based on that freaking book! Damn.

Next is another dreaded subject which is known as Anatomy Lecture. We had our freaking quiz about the reproductive system. It sucks! I don’t know, whatever I do to that freaking subject, I’m not contended in my score because it was too low for my standards. I don’t want 83%, I want 90 to 100%. Damn! No matter what I do, I just can’t get those freaking questions! I hate it! I want to belong to the honor’s list, freakers!

Then, the finals for the Sage challenge came, fudge, I don’t know, I’m so nervous and I don’t know what to do. Only the top ten students who got the highest score in the pre-finals are the finalists. I’m included and the other one is Teresa, my classmate. There are other students of course, Kimberly Yu who belonged in the Chairman’s Circle. Then, there’s a cute guy behind me and he has a cute smile.

The questions are average for me except for the category of Literature, it sucks! Well my favorite question is about history: “Who is the leader that said “I am the state”? Well, the answer is King Louis XIV because I’ve read about it in my favorite history book written by Zaide. Besides, he’s my favorite king in all France. He has he most extravagant lifestyle. (Teehee ^_^) Then, when everybody is being called out because the top 3 students has been known. There were only three, the guy behind me, the girl beside Kim and me. Well, I know my score is 25, but I don’t the score of the other two. When the professor told us that there’s going to be a tie breaker, I got nervous because I don’t want those things, it burns me! However, she said that the tie were in 2nd and 3rd place who both have 23 points. Then, I realized, fine, I’m the champion of the challenge. I’m the first Sage of Madocs. That’s cool.

The guy behind me is just third place and I heard that his name is Ian Pring of Section 6. Gosh! Did he congratulate me? I forgot. Damn he’s cute. Well, a crush bloomed out of nowhere. Damn! Then, I asked Paz if he knew the guy and she said that he’s the highest ranking student in the Chairman Circle and president of their section (Nice one!).

It is time to go home when somebody who is like a big trash said that anyone can win the sage challenge because it’s too easy. Well, that guy is just simply jealous of what I got. Besides, he didn’t even qualify in the pre-finals. Hello, I may not be the brightest student when it comes to academics, but I am when it comes to general knowledge. That freak better think about saying those words in front of me. Besides, I’m not the only one who is offended, everybody who heard that reacted the same way. Freak, the name of the trash: James. All I can say is F you! Let’s compare our class cards, yours is just 86 something, well mine is 90 and above (I just got out of luck in Psyche). Freak! Your in my list of people who needs to die!

That’s really annoying! Big Trash!

Cool I'm a finalist

As I walk in the classroom, someone called me and said that I qualified for the Sage Challenge, well okay, that’s cool. 3000 pesos I’m going to grab you!

However, my hyper mode stopped because Joan, Ynah and Joanna made me cry because Joan’s going back to Southville, Ynah’s going to Canada next year and Joanna will shift to another course. Come on, they’re my friends and I’m really going to get lonely. But then, Joanna said she’s only kidding about the shifting of course (damn!). I slammed her and suplexed her poor body just to torture her soul! (BWAHAHAHAHA!)

Okay, Bye!

Next time!

Sage Pre-finals

Well, today I did not attend our NSTP because of the Pre-finals of the Sage Challenge. I don’t know why, but I feel not the same. I mean, I’m not myself because of this type of contests doesn’t deserve a student like me who has no rank (Dean’s Lister for example). Besides, I would be happy if I can go to finals and that’s all nothing more. I’m cool just to be in the finals and not win the prize money, even though it’s really three grand. Nice!
